NCR Helps Texas Tech FCU Achieve Digital Transformation


Lubbock, Texas-based Texas Tech Federal Credit Union has transformed its physical and digital customer experience with banking solutions from NCR Corp.

According to a press release, NCR has worked closely with Texas Tech FCU since 2016 to deploy NCR technologies including Digital Insight solutions and Interactive Teller Machines.

Most recently, the credit union tapped NCR for the implementation of Q-Flow, a product from NCR partner Q-nomy. The multichannel appointment booking service will allow Texas Tech FCU members to check themselves in and book in-branch appointments ahead of time.

“We are constantly looking for ways to better anticipate our members’ needs, and make sure that we are creating value through our innovation strategy,” Lisa Huertas, chief experience officer at Texas Tech FCU, said in the release. “NCR’s future-proof self-service solutions have not only been a key part of modernizing and brightening our branches, but have enabled us to focus on providing more personalized member service.”

In addition to self-service appointment booking and check-in for members, Q-Flow provides advanced customer reception, interaction management, appointment scheduling and staff planning tools, the release said.
